CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS

UNITED LT
Members must :
1.Wear suitable kit -vest, shorts , socks, trainers- for training and match sessions, as agreed with the coach/team manager
2.Play within the rules and respect officials and their decisions.
3.Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of gender.
4.Discourage unfair play and arguing with officials.
5.Members should keep to agreed timings for training and competitions or inform their coach or team manager if they are going to be late.
6.Use correct and proper language at all times.
7.Members are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind on the club premises or whilst representing the club.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR CLUB OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS

Members must :
1.Develop an appropriate working relationship with performers, based on mutual trust and respect.
2.Consider the well being and safety of participants before the development of performance.
3.Display consistently high standards of behaviour and appearance
4.Follow all guidelines laid down by the national governing body and the club
5.Make sure all activities are appropriate to the age, ability and experience of those taking part
6.Promote the positive aspects of the sport (eg fair play)
7.Encourage performers to value their performances and not just results.
8.Hold the appropriate, valid qualifications and insurance cover
9.Never exert undue influence over performers to obtain personal benefit or reward
10.Never condone rule violations, rough play or the use of prohibitive substances

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Members must :
1.Help your child to recognise good performance, not just results.
2.Encourage your child to learn the rules and play within them.
3.Never force your child to take part in sport.
4.Set a good example by recognising fair play and applauding the good performances of all.
5.Never punish or belittle a child for losing or making mistakes.
6.Discourage unfair play and arguing with officials.
7.Use correct and proper language at all times.
8.Publicly accept officials' judgements.
9.Support your child's involvement and help them to enjoy their sport.
